Wangaratta Motocross, Enduro and Dirt Bike Tracks
Winton Motorcycle Club Track
Behind the Winton Raceway lies a clay motocross track managed by the Winton Motorcycle Club. The club was established in 2010 to cater to motocross riders of all ages and abilities. The Winton Raceway, beside the motocross track, is a traditional stadium-style circuit with a flat tarmac surface more suited to road racing grand prix or superbike-style motorcycling.
The Winton Motorcycle Club is dedicated to hosting motocross events on their motocross track, including ten to twelve practice days and a club championship each year. A large camping ground with toilets and showers is available to riders next to the Winton Raceway (for camping the night before events only). The track was constructed in 2010 and hosted the inaugural Australasian FX Junior and Senior Motocross Championships (AFXMXC) that same year. The club is affiliated with the Winton Raceway, and the track is available for members only.
Opening hours: Practice days are held approximately once each month. The schedule is available to members only; contact the club for more details.
Cost: For membership and practice day fees, please contact the club.
Number of tracks: 1 clay manmade motocross track with jumps and tight corners, tabletops and a whoops section.
Licence requirements: None required for practice days; however, Motorcycling Australia licences are mandatory for race events.
