Queensland Moto Park

 

 

Queensland Moto Park, in the Wyaralong area of the Scenic Rim, has 40 kilometres of trails across 1,800 acres of land owned by the Queensland Government. The park offers a variety of constructed and natural terrain trails that cater to off-road riders of all skill levels, riding styles and ages (from 4 years up). Many of the open trails follow logging tracks carved through the site over a hundred years ago. The Queensland Government, South-East Queensland Council of Mayors and Motorcycling Queensland collaborated to fund this park, which opened in December 2011.

Opening hours: 8am to 4pm, Thursday to Monday (closed Tuesdays and Wednesdays).

Cost: Motorcycling Australia Licence holders: Adult = $44 (or $40 for residents of Supporting South East Queensland Council of Mayors region), Children under 16 years = $27 (or $25 for residents of Supporting South East Queensland Council of Mayors region).

Non-license holders: Adult = $54 (or $50 for residents of Supporting South East Queensland Council of Mayors region), Children under 16 years = $34.50 (or $32.50 for residents of Supporting South East Queensland Council of Mayors region).

An additional $10 admin fee applies to all entries without a prior online booking.

Number of tracks: 25 tracks, including Trail/Enduro, Pee Wee/Family, Motocross (Junior and Senior MX), Supercross, Freestyle, Trials, Quads and Moto-trails.

Licence requirements: Licence is not required for entry, but holders of a Motorcycling Australia Licence will receive a discounted entry fee.

Facilities:

·       Unpowered camping sites available ($5 per person per night)

·       Day parking

·       Toilets and showers.
